Thanks to precision CNC-cut parts the building is a breeze. You will need just very basic modeller's tools (a hobby knife, scissors, modeller's pins, soft flat brush, sandpaper), model hobby glue (UHU-Hart, thin and medium cyano etc.), adhesive and shrinking dope.
