The Type 094 nuclear submarine is an advanced ballistic missile strategic nuclear submarine, NATO codenamed Jin Class SSBN. It is a type of nuclear powered ballistic missile submarine under the jurisdiction of the Chinese Navy, and is the second-generation ballistic missile nuclear submarine designed and built by China itself.
